TERMS OF SERVICE & PAYMENT POLICY

​1. Payment Methods: Nebula Tutors Ltd (Company No. 16489225) currently accepts payments via secure electronic bank transfer and manual payment links. We are in the process of integrating an online card payment gateway to streamline this for parents.

​2. Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued for tutoring sessions and must be settled in full prior to the start of the scheduled lesson. This ensures tutor availability and secures your time slot.

​3. Cancellation Policy: > * 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before a session, you will receive a full refund or credit.

​Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable, as the tutor has already prepared and blocked out that time for you.

​4. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
